* On the day of the event, sales will be available at the Shinseido Asunal Kanayama store until 15:00, and at the special booth at the event venue, from 16:00. The following target products can be purchased.

[About setting up a family area]
* A part of the space in front of the stage will be designated as a "family area", and from 30 minutes before the event starts (17:30), we will guide customers from preschoolers to elementary school students in ascending order of age. Parents can enter up to 1 per preschooler. Thank you for your understanding as this is an area for small children.
* The number of people who can guide you to the family area is limited. We will guide you from small children, and when the area is full, we will stop the guidance at that point. Please note that even preschoolers may not be able to provide guidance.
* Numbered tickets will not be distributed in the family area. Please gather around the stage 30 minutes before the event starts (17:30).

You can watch the event itself for free on the day, but we will prepare a "priority viewing area" behind the family area.

[Regarding admission to the priority viewing area]
Mini-live viewing is free, but a "priority viewing area" will be set up behind the family area. To enter the "Priority Viewing Area", you will need a "Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket (with reference number)".
If you have a "Priority Viewing Area Admission Ticket (with reference number)", please gather around the stage 30 minutes before the event starts (17:30).

【Precautions】
Please be sure to observe the following precautions when participating in the event.
* The organizer, venue, and performers are not responsible for accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue.
* In order to prevent accidents and confusion on the day, various restrictions may be set at the event.
* It is prohibited to stay up all night from the day before or to take a place from early morning.
* It is prohibited to use baggage, leisure seats, etc. to take place in all areas of Asunal Kanayama. As soon as it is found, it will be removed by staff and security at any time.
* Especially when multiple events are held on the same day, please refrain from taking place as it will be a nuisance to each event.
* Even if there are people, the use of seats, etc. is prohibited.
* The organizer, venue, and performers are not responsible for the removed items or the items that have been left unattended.
* Please follow the staff's guidance in the facility for viewing.
If the above cannot be observed, the event may be canceled or you may be refused participation in the event.
* For security reasons, we may carry out baggage inspection and temporary baggage storage with the safety of our customers and artists first.
* We will arrange security in the venue and operate it after taking all possible measures, but if you see a suspicious person or something suspicious, please talk to the staff nearby.
* Please note that the staff may touch your shoulders and arms during the event to organize the venue.
* Due to the space of the event, it may end even if there are customers waiting in line. In that case, please note that we cannot accept returns of products.
* Priority viewing area admission ticket (with reference number) and handshake event participation ticket will not be reissued in any case (lost, incinerated, damaged, etc.).
* Please note that no refund will be given when you purchase a priority viewing area admission ticket (with reference number) or a handshake event participation ticket. Defective products will be replaced with non-defective products.
* Please remove accessories such as rings and bracelets when participating in the handshake event.
* For the handshake event, one ticket per person for elementary school students and above is required. Preschoolers can participate in the handshake event together with one parent who has a handshake event ticket and up to one child of the preschooler.
* If you have multiple handshake event tickets, please join us once and then line up again at the end of the line.
* Priority viewing area admission ticket (with reference number) and handshake event participation ticket are valid only at the designated time on the day of the event.
* We do not accept gifts. Please use the present box that will be set up when you line up for the handshake event.
* Recording and shooting are OK during the event, but shooting using the flash is prohibited.
* For security reasons, the use of tripods and step ladders is prohibited. (A monopod can be used)
* The CD sales start time on the day is scheduled to start 2 hours before the event starts. However, please note that the CD sales start time may change without notice depending on the congestion situation.
* The number of target products on the day is limited. Please note that it will end as soon as it runs out.
* Customers are responsible for transportation and accommodation expenses on the day of the event.
* Event details are subject to change without notice. Please note.
* The event will be held even in the case of rain, but if it is judged that the event is dangerous due to stormy weather or strong winds, or if it is judged that the performance cannot be held due to unavoidable reasons such as equipment failure at the venue, natural disasters, traffic strikes, etc. Will cancel, suspend or change the event. Even in that case, please note that we will not refund any of the purchased products. Defective products will be exchanged for non-defective products only if all the product inclusions are complete.
* Even if it rains during the event, it is prohibited to hold an umbrella in the chaise longue area in front of the stage. Customers viewing in the chaise lounge area in front of the stage are kindly requested to bring rain gear other than an umbrella in advance if the weather is expected to be bad.
* On the day of the event, the camera may come in due to interviews. Please note that the customer may be reflected.
