Life insurance left behind by a wife killed in a hit-and-run accident.
However, the beneficiary name has been changed, and the man suspects insurance fraud and infiltrates the cabaret club.
The "revenge scenario" handed to him by the mysterious insurance company includes the eighth shogun of the Tokugawa shogunate,
It depicted half of the life of Tokugawa Yoshimune.
Yoshimune, who is known as a great ruler, is surrounded by dark rumors.
Yoshimune was the fourth son of a local feudal lord, but he rose to the position of shogun after a succession of his shogun candidates died mysteriously one after the other.
On a night when the moon shines as brightly as Ome, the revenge story of the man who sold his soul to Yoshimune begins.
This masterpiece thriller, in which the false image of Tokugawa Yoshimune intertwines with the reality of an insurance fraud case, is brought to life as a musical.
